1. Using Winku
Winku provides photo editing on iPhone, including local Seasonal Film effects and optional online restoration and color editing. Use the app only if you can agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you, or with the permission and supervision of your parent or legal guardian where required.
Winku does not require registration or sign-in. Your profile and library stay on the same device, without cloud synchronization.
2. Your photos and permitted use
You retain the rights you have in your photos. Winku does not claim ownership of your originals. You allow the processing needed to perform the edits, saves, or shares you request, including sending a working copy to SiliconFlow when you choose an AI operation.
Only import and process photos you are entitled to use. Obtain permission where needed from the people depicted. Do not use Winku to violate privacy, intellectual property, or other rights, create unlawful content, impersonate someone deceptively, or interfere with the app or its services.
3. Optional AI processing
Restore, Colorize, Revive Colors, and their regeneration actions send the selected working photo and editing instructions to SiliconFlow after the AI Processing Notice. Seasonal Film is processed locally.
AI may invent details, alter faces, or produce inaccurate colors. Results are creative interpretations and are not evidence of historical appearance, identity, or authenticity. Review results before relying on or sharing them. A particular result, accuracy level, processing time, or successful request is not guaranteed.
SiliconFlow processing is described in its Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Cancelling a job prevents Winku from accepting its late result; it cannot undo data already sent to the service.
4. Local storage and deletion
Your Winku library is stored on your device. Keep separate copies of important photos. Winku does not offer cloud recovery, and deleting data or uninstalling the app may permanently remove local work.
In-app deletion affects the relevant Winku library. It does not remove copies saved to Photos, shared elsewhere, or already processed by a third party.

5. Availability and changes
Online features depend on your connection and third-party availability. Device storage, permissions, system interruptions, or service errors may prevent an operation from completing. Features and these terms may change; updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
The current version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. These terms do not authorize future charges.
6. Applicable rights
Winku is provided subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that results will meet every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
App Store distribution is also subject to the applicable Apple terms and Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, where applicable. These terms do not remove rights you have under that agreement or mandatory law.
